I am standing on a seashore. A ship spread her white sails...Other
voices take up the glad shout, "Here she come."
And that is dying.

Time
Marches On
and change is inevitable. But the one thing that is right
and sure in this world is family to remind us of where we've
been, to watch where we're going and to be with us in the
end forcomfort-and to carry on. |
As dawn broke over the beach, the old man asked the youth
why he was throwing starfish into the sea. The answer
was that they'd die if left to the sun. "But the
beach goes on for miles and there are millions of the,"
he countered. "What differnce is it going to make."
The young man looked at the starfish and said as he threw
it to safety, "It makes a difference to this one."

Watch your thoughts for they become words, chosse your
words for they become actions, understand your actions
for they become habits, study your habits for they become

I've heard it said
that people come into our lives for a reason bringing
something we must learn. And we are led to those who help
us most to grow if we let them and we help them in return.
Well, I don't know if I believe that's true, but I know
I am who I am today becasue I knew you.

Life is short and precious and we do not have much time
to gladden the hearts of those who travel the way with
us. So be swift to love and make haste to be kind and
may blessings be upon you from this day forwaard. Amen.

Some people come into our lives and
quickly go. Some stay for a while and leave footprints
on our hearts. And we are never the same.

Every day Love corners me me somewhere
and surrounds me with Peace. Thomas Merton |

Who knows— but that you are where you are for such a time
as this? Who knows, but that God is waiting to bless some
simple act, that God is waiting in the darkness for you—
a morning star—to appear? Who knows, but that you are a
sign of daybreak, the light that will signal the end of
night for someone. Maybe you have come to this place, this
life, for such a time as this. Look into the darkness of
the night and discover there your morning star. Then finding
that hope for your life, you too may be a morning star for
someone else. Who knows? |
The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy,
peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness
and self-control. Galatians.

I've
learned that it's not what you have in your life but who
you have in your life that counts.
I've learned that it takes you a long time to become the
person you want to be.
I've learned that you should always leave loved ones with
loving words. It may be the last time you see them.
I've learned that you can keep going long after you think
you can't.
I've learned that learning to forgive takes practice.
I've learned that there are people who love you dearly,
but just don't know how to show it.
I've learned that true friendship continues to grow, even
over the longest distance. Same goes for true love.
I've learned that no matter the consequences, those who
are hones with themselves get further in life. |

filled with signs but if there's no laughter, I know they
